The Annual meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, and the singing of God Bless America, led by Betty Galligan. Renate read the Invocation, and all recited the Four Way Test.

BY-LAWS
President Renate announced that the bylaws had been emailed and needed to be voted on for approval, but the requirement that the amendments be posted at least 10 days prior to approval had not been met. A motion made by Valerie, seconded by Will, to waive the requirement, was unanimously approved, and the by-law changes were approved.

CLUB DISTRIBUTIONS
Jerry from Doorways in Seekonk was present today to receive the annual donation from our Club. He said that they served 7 families in 2001, and in 2019 the number was 115 families. He said they have 60 families per week, and 70 Thanksgiving meals. Doorways is an all-volunteer organization. Over 100 adults work in teams, with the Boy Scouts working with them. The Girl Scouts hold a toy drive at the Old North School in Seekonk. Volunteers are needed on Wednesdays at noon time to unload the food trucks.
Jo Littlebnrook represented Tap-In. She thanked Rotary for the support over the years. TAP stands for Tap A Person in Need. She said they served 10,000 individuals last year. They operate Monday - Friday from 12 to 4,. They donate household items, such as dishes, glassware, pots & pans. Most things are donated by individuals. They also collect childrens' clothing, and furniture. They provide rides to medical appointments. They service East Providence, Barrington, Bristol and Warren.
